Congrats on the win! I gotta ask...how long have you been staring at that trophy since you won? The first one is the best in my opinion.
Im looking at it right now as I type! Its a good feeling thats for sure! I know the shows arent all about trophys, but it sure makes it worth while after you leave!

I used Mothers Aluminum Polish and its all elbow grease from there on in. I actually tried a dremmle with a polishing wheel for the hard to reach places and it worked pretty good. You just rub the polish on until it it turns black. The blacker it is the better. Then you rub/clean it off and thats when you get the shine. Then the next day, I use a cloth to take off any extra residue and it shines up real nice!

Well, I set a goal before school ended in which I would win at least one trophy at a car show this summer! Well, after 3 different shows, I won! Its not as prestigious as the all-corvette-shows such as Beach Bums but I cannot complain!
My cousin and I convoyed together so I got some driving shots!
And my success at the show!
I am going to another one next weekend and then the Corvette Show and Go where I would love to get a trophy!
Congrats! Let me know if you want to go together to Englishtown
maintaining daily driver vettes really is a chore. props to you great looking vette
The worst part besides all the time cleaning is finding the new scratches or chips... Even when you are careful it happens, and every time it happens I know its just going to be that much harder to win at shows!
