I plan on buying parts like a cam, miniram, and others. Then put them all at one time. In two years I'll have all the parts needed to start the 383 stroker job. So, my thinking say it good on paper, but what do you all think about it?
So if I understand this correctly, you're going to buy a cam, intake and other parts and install them in the car. Then in two years rebuild the engine to a 383?

No, I think, for budget purposes, he plans to accumulate all the parts necessary to build a 383 over a two year period.
It's a good idea as long as:
1. you don't lose interest along the way, and
2. you keep track of what you've bought and make sure all the parts are compatable.
i did the same thing, I assembled a TPiS Bigmouth, SLP runners, Ported Plenum, cam, valve springs, chip, water pump, asst'd odds and ends. Now I have everything I need. Once the weather gets cold I have all the makings of a great winter project!

Write it out, keep good records. As the plan changes, the above advice will be critical. Make sure the parts you have on the list are from solid suppliers so you don't have to adjust later when the part disappears. Might even make a list of potential parts for each section of the project. Keep good price history on the parts so you know when you see a good sale.
Once the 383 stroker job is finish what kind of oil would be best to use? I ask because I just got my oil changed with high mileage oil. I'm not sure by doing a 383 stroker build mean I'm getting a new but old motor or a old but improved motor. Any input will be nice.

I like having you around, kid. I'm not 100%, but I don't think the oil matters that much. From what I've heard, high mileage oil is just better in general for engines.
