Well, you can saw cut and remove the 24x24 area in your garage, and dig it out 6" (fk that 12" shiz), drill 1/2" holes , 4" deep (embed) around the perimeter 3" off the edge and every 6"- drilling in the center of that pathetic 3" slab they gave you. Use Simpson Set XP Epoxy or Hiliti FY150 (comes in a caukling tube, sold at HD in Hardware dept. by Simpson Ties) and stuff some #3 rebar in there long enough to overlap each other. Then use 4 bags of Rapid Set morter mix per hole- white bag with dark red writing- sold at HD. Sets up fast, so use a drill and mixer bit in a wheel barrow, or 1 bag at a time in a 5 gal bucket, will be at 4000lb in 3 hours. Ready to drill for your new Max Jax.

What do you know.... I just happen to be a Concrete Finisher
Did a slate stamped deck just today.

Show me where you want to put the lift and the bottom base you want to anchor.

If the base is a small area it will not hold it will crack all to hell.

But you also dont have to jack hammer out that 24x24ft area.
There is a product called Flex cement that will hold and not crack.
