If you are going to Auburn auction Labor Day weekend, we can do the trade we discussed. Good excuse to go see the cars and auction...

IMHO those Dymags are the best looking wheels I have ever seen under a C4.

Default 300 lbs.

Car looks great' .. but i'm curious just where you are getting 300lbs. excess weight. I have stripped my car for racing, and never found 300 lbs.

)ver 100lbs just from the basic reductions including moving to headers, ZR-1 Exhuast manifolds are heavy with cats attached to them; spare tire, jack, knee bolster, lightweight flywheel

-AC and parts is about 40lbs
-Switched to manual seats
-Bose Stereo Speaekers, etc 15-20lbs
-Power Ant-5lbs
-Carpet swap: 35lbs
-pulled adj shocks-5lbs
-Visors
-under hood lights
-Lexan top-5-10lbs
-Remove wheel wells
-Dymags 6lbs

Other things I am looking at to get 300lbs; Braile battery, lexan rear hatch, etc

Snakeskinner was 500lbs lighter

Don't forget stock ZR-1 is 3440-3465lbs vs L98 which is lighter

ZR-1 3440
Spare tire/jack -45
AC -50
Radio/Ant -30
Manual Seats -20
Emissions Equip -12
Headers/exhaust -20
Dymags -6
Rear Shade -6
Hood lights -2
Carpet -30
Washer fluid Res -2
Flywheel -24
3193

Thats 221 without a lightweight hood, braile batt, lexan, etc and I am sure I am leaving some things out that I have done

Always liked the Dymags. The Corvette Challenge cars had them. Your Z is sharp as well as one of my favorite C4 years.
