Don't ask the C4 guys, how would they know?

Take this to the C3 section. then you will find out about catalytic converters, AIR pumps, and such.

C'mon Mark- give some of us old guys some credit!
The only thing that comes to my mind is that the rear bumper cover on a '74 has a vertical seam in the middle, and the '75 does not.

As MidShark said, the '74 has a split rear bumper, the '75 is one piece. The '75 also had simulated pads on the front & rear bumpers, and the speedometer showed KmPH. If you look under the cars you'll see that the '74 has a true dual exhaust and no cats. The '75 has both exhausts routed to a single converter then back out as duals.

Black wasn't a factory color from 1970 - 1976.

74 is the last year for true dual exhaust, 74 was last year for no cat converter, 74 used regular gas, ... also, I think the seat belts went through the back of the seat on a 74, 75 the shoulder strap was routed differently.

Correct about the split rear bumper on the 74

74 does not have an emblem on the gas tank lid

74 Does not have the bumper impact stubs

74 last year for Big block

Yes, I know this is the c4 section... but the op did ask.... hope this helps !
