You'd obviously be amazed what a lil' copy and paste can do for your credibility.

I even included the direct link to the site.

Before I got into Corvettes, I was (and still am a bit) into British cars for many years. I still have a 1959 MGA roadster. A couple of months ago, the MGA would not run. Couldn't even get it out of the garage under it's own power (no british car jokes, now). After I had tried every trick I knew, I decided to tow it to my British car mechanic across town. As I was thumbing through the phone book, my wife said,"Why don't you just call AAA?". I spat back,"I haven't broken down-I just can't get it started!". Her reply-"Well, isn't that just the same thing?". Thirty minutes later the AAA tower was at my house to flat-bed my roadster to my mechanic. :o

AAA all the way.

AAA is the best. I can drive to the bar and get hammered drunk, then call for a tow home

Hmmm, I could have used this back when I was in college. Only problem was that I lost my car once or twice. Nothing to tow. On the other hand I was a big ol boy back then, so they could have flat bedded me home instead! Oh to be young again!

Hmmm, a revival of a 15 year old post. Ok, I'll play, I started a AAA account in 2020 because I wanted peace of mind. Currently have 5 cars including my Vette with 3 of them driven by the wife and 2 daughters. Just makes sense to have a readily available option if a family member needs help. Have used it once on my 95 to bring it to mechanic I use. One of my daughters used it for a flat tire 50 miles from home. When I was in Ohio about almost 2 years ago needed help because my RAM pickup got stuck stuck on an uphill wet/muddy/cy dirt driveway I couldn't get traction on. In that case only needed a way to pull truck sideways less then 10 feet for firmer ground and only took 5 minutes. Its money well spent..
