Has anybody bought a gen.II opti from Dynaspark lately? I heard they sold the company to another outfit, but the name is still the same. Are the Opti's still good quality or have they fallen to offshore questionable service and random reliability as well?
My MSD Opti has gone breasts skyward, and I don't want anything more to do with MSD. I've had nothing but bad history with everything I ever bought from them and they've used up all their 2nd chances with me.

I wouldn't buy one from the new company.
There were a few folks that bought one after the company changed and had poor experiences. So much that I will not send my DynaSpark to the new company for rebuilding when its needed.
I guess, bang for the buck, everybody agrees the stock GM is my best choice. Dumped $400 on an MSD that crapped out, so how much worse could one be that is 2/3 the price.
Just looked at the MSD website and they're asking $557 now for one. I guess their warranty costs must have gone up.
