I did the add metal to the panel, was ok for 2 weeks then pow she broke again. So I would buy a new panel . Less trouble, I spent 3 hours fixing it .

I have new panels on both side but they are loose, also my deck lid that hides the top is a little loose on drivers side...hmmm anyone out there want to help me...

I wonder if you epoxied the metal to the plastic and then riveted it, it would hold better? Or maybe the rivets stressed the plastic.
We have a vendor that works in carbon fiber. I wonder if the braces would work better using carbon fiber? Do you have the thread so I could send it to him and see if he would be interested in making them?
Thanks guys, I have new complete door panels but the top pieces for some reson are not connected, just pushed into slot..I have the plastic fastners(new) just not sure how to install them..I make cocktails for a living, kinda scared about taking the interior apart
