Default centercap interchangiblity

Quick question... will the centercaps from the base 16x8" '88 wheels interchange with later C4 17x9.5" sawblades.

Looking at a set of used sawblades, but the centercaps are missing and just wondering if I can reuse the ones from my '88.

Thx!

It seems to me that they are the smaller hole size. Look at the inside and see if the "fingers" are 1/8 or 1/4 inch from the edge. I think I have a few extras of the later style, $30 for a set of good ones.

I don't think so. The 88 center cap is HUGE compared to the sawblade center cap.

He's talking about the 16" 1988 wheel, not the optional salad shooters.

To the OP, it looks like they will fit. Mid-America lists them as the same cap as in 1986 and 1990:

They might not have the right finish to match a '91-96 sawblade perfectly though.
