Have you done any troubleshooting at this point? How do you know you don't have a vac leaks? Try cleaning the IAC and resetting the idle. There are tons of threads on a high idle.
I know because I took everything off vac line, intake, did reset and so on. The 20 year old IAC is bad because when I cover the hole for the air inlet the idle drops to 800 rpms.

Dude, you are getting no love here. I don't know what a IAC is, but if yours is bad and are able to replace it yourself, good on you. I don't know how you knew that the IAC was bad, or what an IAC is.
Take some pics for me and let me see what you are talking aobut. Good luck and keep us updated.
So you ask us to troubleshoot a high idle problem when you already know what the problem is, and already buy a replacement part? Am I missing something?

Just having a little fun, some of the members know who I am.

The IAC (intake air control) is what gives you your idle speed. When the blades are close no air is going into your intake. The IAC let air into the intake while the blades are closed. As soon as you get on the gas the IAC closes. Mine is stuck open so no matter what I idle at 1500 rpm. Ill get you a pic of it if you like, but if you like to see it for yourself look for the plug with 4 wires near the bottem of the TB.

I would take it out and clean it and see what happens. That's about as cheap a thing as you can do.
This is the best idea yet!! If you haven't taken the housing apart and cleaned it, you can't say for sure if the IAC is bad or not..These housings get gunked up and don't allow the pintle on the IAC to seat properly....WW

Disqualified! You have to answer in the form of a question
ok I got the stuff once I eat something Ill get to work on it.
Only doing this because I cleaned everything but the IAC.
Use carb or brake cleaner and a old toothbrush, scrub till clean. Spray the tip of the Pintle until clean then put a couple drops of oil on the Pintle and shaft. Also make sure the IAC gasket isn't leaking.....WW

No need for that I got the cleaner that is made for it. The gasket is new with the BBK TB.
