I have no idea whats wrong with the vette and was hoping someone would know. everytime im stopped at a light and i put it into first and start letting off the clutch to start moving, something clicks pretty loud in the front end and i can feel it in the pedal. The only thing is that the click only happens when im stopped and starting to move in first gear, it does not happen in any other gears while moving. Does any one know whats up? (its a six speed 1995 btw).

My first guess would be a motor mount, possibly the left side. Second guess would depend on eyeballing and prying said mount for movement. As clutch starts to engage, the torque from the engine to the load of the driveline is applied to those mounts first. My 2 centavos worth. Maybe someone else has other ideas?
Have someone help you - one person repeatedly engage first gear etc while the other one looks and listens from various locations. And don't be afraid to switch jobs - there have been times when a wife with no car knowledge sees or hears something an experienced car guy misses!
