You will find there is a need for a thick skin, as good-natured chain-pulling is standard here. However, collectively the folks here can solve ANY problem you have with your car, and save you a lot of money if you can do any of your own work vs. taking it to a dealer. Learn to use the "search" feature, and remember the "DIY" (Do It Yourself) sticky thread at the top of the page.
Photos of your car are an unwritten requirement, which always leads to the "how do I post pictures" question. Use photobucket or something similar and you should be good. And yes, there are threads here for THAT too. (And to avoid HUGE ridicule PLEASE don't start a "why don't newer Vettes wave at me" thread
)
