Default WS washer pump

It's a piece of cake. Just pull off the lower gill/vent panel on the passenger side, and it's right there. Just pull off the pump and push on the new one.

It's not quite that easy on an '87.

You also need to pull the inner fender panel to get to at
least one more bolt holding the bottle on. The inner
fender panel is pop riveted to the rocker panel. And be
careful, the top rear bolt on the gill panel MAY have a
one or more spacers. Don't loose them.

Best to check function of the pump before disassembling
stuff. Supply 12V to the pink wire at the top front of
the wiper motor (at least on an '87). The washer
should run. IF it doesn't, you have a problem with
circuit board in the wiper motor, the washer switch,
or the wiring.

I think the question was for a 1992.

I didn't say anything about '92s. I posted here in case
somebody with an '87 assumed it would be easy (like
I did).
