Temp control
My 84 AC/Heater temp control is either on max hot or off(cold). The lever does not have any afftect on the heat adjustment, at any lever setting other than cold is max heat.
Does the heater control water valve under the hood control this or is it controlled by a blend door in the AC box ?
Any answers and help is appreciated.

Thats what I figured. I guess it's time to pull the dash pad again and see what i need to do to change the vacuum motor. I've already checked the ac control module and no leaks there and it seems to be switching stuff ok.
