How to replace '87 brake lights?

How to replace '87 brake lights?
The '87 FSM shows removing the brake lights by
removing three screws around the outside diameter.
But mine don't have any screws visible. How do I get
in there?

I know. I came in from bleeding the brakes and some
other stuff, and it was sitting there on the computer,
and I figured I'd forgotten to hit submit. Sorry.
