Suprised somebody from CC didn't reply already. Perhaps the guy does his posting from work (the slacker)

Anyway, he'll probably reply next week, as they don't like to hear about bad experiences.

I did get an email from them saying their sorry so I'm not worried about it. It was just one of those days where nothing went right.

Their closed until the 3rd.

This could be the reason for your problems.

CC are good folks and I like working with them. Not many companies have the kind of great customer service they have.

The "riding" part is not the hard part. Its the "getting in & out" part that is the problem, especially if you have the sport seats with the controls in the bolsters.
