I did get an email from them saying their sorry so I'm not worried about it. It was just one of those days where nothing went right. Their closed until the 3rd.
I also haven't had any problems with CC in the 3 1/2 years I have been dealing with them..You didn't date one of the owners daughters did you???.This could cause that kind of problem.....WW
This could be the reason for your problems.
CC are good folks and I like working with them. Not many companies have the kind of great customer service they have.

The "riding" part is not the hard part. Its the "getting in & out" part that is the problem, especially if you have the sport seats with the controls in the bolsters.
