Well after my intake started leaking again for the 3rd time in 2 years and the tranny gasket started leaking again and not being able to find a decent wrench around here I dumped my car today and traded it for A 98 C5 with 41K miles on the clock got $5K trade in and gave them $10k and drove off with a smile. It has been fun over the last 7 yrs hangin here with you guys but I am just gettin too old and sore to climb in and out and can't do the work on it like I could before for health reasons. Never thought I would go for the big butt but since mine is getting there too it seems poetic. Not to fear though the 98 is a cousin to the 93 both had engine issues that got fixed in the next year and 1 off PCM/ECM's but I have to say I am impressed with the car I drove 3hrs to get it and the ride there in my 93 vs, my ride back was like night and day. Yes the LS1 does move faster than an LT1 (stock obviously).
My new car is totally unmolested and I got it from a Rick Hendrick deakership in fact the one where he started out and built his Nascar team up at. It was like a museum with all the cup trophies and pics. My car was worked on by the same guy who works on Rick,Dale and Jeff's Corvettes. What a cool day it was .
Just went to their web site. They show 32 preowned vettes Just how big is that sucker anyway? I would have test drove all of them just for the hell of it.

That color is very Unique on the C5's. I also, like the Wagon Wheels which you don't see very often, a lot of owners like the Thin Spokes which I think are a dime a dozen now days.

Never waste a photo op! Thanks Jon, we'll never forget your car..
I'm right there witcha. As much as I love my '94, it is becoming quite
a "cash cow". Presently I'm side-lined with a power steering fluid leak.
Also having a minor coolant leak in the upper part of the radiator.
Power antenna stuck in the up position, etc. All a bunch of :ack. Lately I've been on line checking out "Corvette Trader Classifieds" at some sweet looking '06's & '07's. If only I can get financing — "see ya — I'm outta here". Love You Guys Still!
Nooooooo. Don't turn your back on the C4. I had an 86 years ago, sold it and got my wife a C6...... Came across a 94 and got it for my own. I do like the new, but the C4 is what it is and I enjoy it.

Ya know I thought wagon wheels looked funky too but now that I own a set and yes they are probably the rarest stock rims on a Vette.
They told me they had a bunch of calls on this car (salesman ploy? I think not) but I did an extensive one week search on all used car websites and Ebay after Wifey said I could buy a new one and found this to be the best price and miles combination. After picking it up I must say the add did not do it justice 1 paint flaw and 1 chip I got both tops and an added bonus in the storage area a 12 disc CD changer I feel like I did when I got my first Vette again can't wait to look in the garage to make sure it is still there and keep thinking of places to
