02 sensor help
I used the search and from what I read there are 2 02 sensors for a 95 LT1 auto. The auto parts store told me that there are 4. 2 upstream and 2 downstream. I can only find the 2 right below the exhaust manifold am I missing the other 2?? I only get 22 M.P.G. at at 70 M.P.H. and was suggested by forum members that I change the 02 sensors and there is no codes. When idleing I can smell unburned gas but runs great otherwise. Thanks for all the help I've got here the last year or so.

The 95's have 4, two in front of the cats, two in back. If someone has replaced the exhaust with a "cat back" system they may have been eliminated. The 95 uses a "hybrid" system. It has the computer for OBD2, but is still an OBD1 system. The front 02's are the ones that adjust for fuel mixture, the rears look for changes after the cats. I would check your plugs for even burning between the cylinders (you may have bad injectors).
