Default Wiper Motor
Have a '92 coupe. Wipers will not operate if I power up from low range to high but if I go directly to high I can go down to low and delay ranges ok. Shop manual doesn't cover this problem. Hate to pull wiper motor if it is a relay or other electrical problem. This is a "fair weather" car so wipers have been rarely used over the years.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

So if you turn it on high, then go to low, the wipers will function, along with the delay? Will they then function on the high setting?
