After getting knocked down... having my white '89 destroyed by a red light runner... decided to get back up... dust myself off and get back in the saddle. Many thanks to RetiredSFC97 for a smooth transaction and now his white '90 is settling into it's new home here in central Texas. Have done some minor mods and since it was 75* today decided to go out and took a few pics.
Now you should make plans to join us on Power Tour in June.
Am seriously considering it. Starts out at Cape Canaveral (love that place) on a SaturdayJune 4th. Not sure about going all the way up to Deeeetriot though. Will see.

Mike and I are planning to arrive in Cocoa Beach on Friday, June 3rd.
He is only planning on going as far as Nashville, but I will be doing the Long Haul again.
We'd love to have more Corvette Forum members along for the fun.
I'm liking that red beltline molding....sets the car off. I knew sarge said he did a lot of work to that vette and it shows...NICE ride
I too am planning on hitting the Power Tour, but unfortunately cant get that previous sat off and I might have to work the following monday so I'm hoping to join up in Indiana.
That is a sweet car for sure. Sarge did a great job. The sill protectors don't look like they are mounted right to me. I have black ones and they are mounted more toward the front.
Nice well cared for ride ! Wish I could get the time off to make the tour with my White 95 ! Going to put the D R s on and go racing soon.
Got a graduation to go to on the 3 rd already !
Those who are going detour to Ocala to Big Daddy Don Garlits Drag Racing Museum for some rich car History !

Just a quck ? Do not intend to hijack the thread. Is there a route map on line for the power tour? Found print stops, Montgomery AL to Nashville TN, will this run be using I65?
Sky Vette, Good idea on the tape. I have considered painting the black molding body color, will try your tape trick to see how it looks.

Yes, you're right.
Those are new and placed there on purpose, just to be different.
Actually, I use it to lean on getting out of the car;
never drag my feet across the door sill anyway.

No, they haven't released the actual driving route yet. They won't do that until about 3-4 weeks before it starts.
All we know for sure at this point, are the cities and venues where it will be stopping at.
They will also stay off of the interstates as much as possible.
You can go down the interstate between cities any time you want, so Power Tour uses the state highways as much as possible.
And to keep it on topic, I never even noticed the red striping on the molding until someone else mentioned it. I really like it!
