Trim panel loose

Trim panel loose
Alright Im gonna do my best to decribe this but the trim panel on my vette on the dash toward the front of the car in the middle is loose on one side. I looked at it today and im wondering how to tighten or press it into place. Same with the air vents on the passeger side right below the air bag. Thanks guys
