from your heading, i thought you were talking about old TV's - 
what year corvette are you talking about? most of the hard plastic tubing is not available as OEM parts from dealers. you can get hard plastic tubing, rubber vacuum tubing and miscellaneous pieces/parts from autozone, advanced auto, pep boys, etc, and you'll have to hand fabricate what you need. for the diagram, there should be an emissions decal under the hood, or try a FSM.
