Looks like you got C6Z06 rotors (13.4").

C5s are 12.8"

If you got them for the price of reg. C5 rotors ,
you did good!!
If you get C6 Z51 F abutments you can use them.
You would need 18" wheels.

Not to thread jack, but I am in process of getting parts together for C5 caliper update on my 94. I have 13 inch front rotors. I am getting 01 Z06 calipers (I understand z06 vs reg c5 calipers are just powder coating), I also have the custom mounting brackets coming. I can use my current aftermarket 13 inch rotors with the c5 calipers right?

Can't use your C4 rotors, you need C5 rotors.

I looked at the link, even though the thickness is a little different, the calipers contract and it seems like the c5 calipers would still work fine with c4 rotors. Not disputing your post, just thinking about the justification.

does anyone know how THICK c5 base front rotors are?

I bought/mounted baer 13" eradispeed lightweight 2 piece front rotors w/ slots a couple years ago. These were for the c4 corvette w/ j55 front brakes.

I measured them, and they are 1.1 inches thick and thats with 10k miles on them. So they may have been a little thicker even at one point.

I know a lot of people convert to c5 rotors for the thickness. You can also get this thickness, and retain stock c4 13" brake hardware, if you switch to eradispeed rotors.

Though the rotors werent cheap. I think $450 for the 2 of them is the best price you can find on them.

Heres a picture of them (w/ 96 corvete grandsport calipers), though note that dumarse me had them mounted up with crappy ebc greenstuff pads (i didnt know). They are know mounted with hawk hp+ which are worlds better.
