Update: Drivers Side Headlamp
Update on the initial post below. After sitting a full day, cranked up the
'94, turned on the lights, drivers side back to normal. What's up
with that? Is there a vacuum system of some kind controlling these
headlamps? Anyway, I'm happy the problem went away.
Suddenly, the drivers side headlight on my 1994 LT1, operating fine before I parked, will not open all the way. It just "flutters" like a butterfly. Tried making an adjustment with the adjustment ****, but it seem to get worst. Please help. I haven't checked the FSM yet, but I will. Thank you kindly.

No vacuum. The C4 motors are completely electric. In late motors lile your '94 3 little plastic "rollers" in the gearbox tend to disintegrate over time and cause the problem you're experiencing. If it starts to act up again, I'd check the rollers. It's a cheap and easy fix. Do a search on this forum for detailed instructions. Enjoy your '94.

time for bushing kit .... that is why they flutter as that dehlrin turns to powder it grabs and sometimes doesn't. I think I paid 27.00 for the bushing kit on my 90 and they have worked fine since. It is easy to do.
