Default Moving a Corvette? Enclosed Trailer from Austin TX to Washington DC on 4/28/11

First, hopefully it is OK for me to post this in the for sale section, if not I sincerely apologize and will delete it or move it wherever I need to. It just seemed like the most logical place given that this is where people would have just bought or sold their Corvette and need it moved. I just bought another Corvette up in the Washington DC area so I will be leaving from Austin TX on 4/28/11 towing an enclosed trailer to Washington DC to pick it up.

If there is anyone along this route that is trying to move a car where that date would work for you, let me know. I actually bought another Corvette from the same guy back in the fall and it cost me $800 (about $0.50 per mile) to have it transferred on an open rig because I didn't have the time to go get it myself back then. I figured there may be someone that can help me not have to tow an empty trailer and I can save someone some money on moving their car. I am on a relatively tight timeline so I can't stray from the route too much, but let me know what you need and we can work something out.

Might want to also post this in the Events & Regional Northeast section informing the guys on the East Coast that you're heading their way with an empty car carrier. Good luck!

This is a great offer! I wish it was going the other way I am trying to get a ZR-1 from Maine to Louisiana right now.
