going to sound like a silly question but-- i have the factory wheels on my 92 white coupe. Are these clear coated or not? I cannot tell and these are pretty flat in appearance with no road rash or dings. what can i use to make these shine?
thanks in advance for the info. have used the advice i've learned for these pages to good advantage:

Stock 92 wheels are painted gray. You may be able to get them to shine but, IMHO, the color is terrible. I dumped mine and went with chrome.
I have a 93. They are clear coated, but they have some kind of finish underneath.
Duplacolor has a paint kit that is 2 part. The first part is like a clear with metallic particles in it, the 2nd part is just clear.
It requires ome clean up, but it looks much better than they did. The paint flowed very nice and was easy to spray without runs. Getting all the old finish of would not be easy.
