I've got an immaculate 1985 4+3 with 37,000 miles on it. Entire car is truely showroom condition. I wouldn't consider anything under $10,000 FIRM for it. That's what it's worth to me and I only laugh at people who try to hit me with the $4k to $5k figure some members of this forum come up with because that's all others ask or get for theirs. I know I'll probably never get $10k for it, but I'll probably never want to sell it eigther. It's just too nice of a C4.
If the next newer gens values are still up there its easier to get what yours is really worth, when they come down to the same range it gets tough. Youll just have to be patient and find the right guy.
Like the black 85s myself.
