Have you seen the Ruby ZR-1 from Pearl City, Hawaii that is listed on EEE-Bay?
Is that a lot of car for the money or what? Seems like his quote to have the car shipped to the mainland is a bit steep.
I visited the islands in 2004 and talked with a C4 owner on Maui who had his car shipped from California in 2000 or so for $800.
