84 vette driver window issues? can any one help
my 84 vette window is not working correctly it goes about little under half way up and then it stops the motor is turning but window wont go up i took the door panel off to see if it was being restricted some where and i seen nothing. could this be the regulator?

It sounds like to me that your window ribbon is broken. The window will go up until it hits the break. That ribbon can be replaced. A new one is under $20.
You can also update to the new style regulator. It does not have a ribbon. It has a scissor arrangement.
