Poly Bushing help
Bought the 84-96 kit from Energy Suspension but received no instructions. Contacted them and they referred my to Prothane. They have not responded.
I had the understanding that instructions were included per another forum member.
Anyone have them and can email to me?
Thanks

The instructions are simple. Remove the rubber, insert the poly.
Seriously, that's about it. When installing the kit in my 86 the entire front suspension was removed then cleaned. The kit was opened and it became obvious where the poly bushings/sleeves belonged.
Of great importance is to understand the bushings replace the rubber and do not require lubing where they press in. The lube should be used where the bushing pivots or contacts flanges. You should be able to identify where lube is required by observation.
