Probably not based on price and where it says "replacement assembly"
If it were Delco I think they would stress that. I got one looked just like that from the old "Parts Lady" as she was skipping out. claimed to be AC, came in a plain box and NEVER FIRED

When my last delphi opti failed,upon opti dissasembly,the sensor does not have the mistibishi logo on it like an ac- delco part should,was told by someone else delphis are reboxed china parts,that last 6 ive put in my and other peoples cars were the lifetime warranty ones from chandler motorsports(135.00 shipped).not one failure so far.
