I have replaced a defective CCM on my 1995 with a good used unit, I donot have a digital readout. programming?

Yes, 1995 known good unit. Have cranking, all other indicators are functional

Once a CCM has accumulated 100 miles there are no parameters that can be programmed in the field. See this link for a vendor that can repair yours, good luck.

Yes I know, but the mileage and digital readout is not, but lit.

????? but lit ????? Are you sure you didn't pop a fuse when you had the dash apart? I would check ALL fuses with a test light to verify, not just those marked instrument panel. Visual inspection of fuses will often miss a bad one, good luck.
