90vet runs grear for 15 miles then when you give it the gas it just falls flat, rough idle,no power,no go real slow but never quits. Let it cool down runs great till it warms up. Could it be bad gas?
If it was bad gas I don't think it would "run great" when it's cold.
I think a faulty ignition control module can cause a similar condition to what you describe.

If you are talking about the first 15 minutes or less in "OPEN LOOP"?
Then when it enters "CLOSED LOOP" it starts running bad?
This could be fuel injectors.
My 89 acted just like this when the injectors needed replacing.
I agree. Plugged cats and fuel injectors. Ours had both. Replaced the cats and it ran a little better, but what made a huge difference was replacing the factory Multec injectors with rebuilt FIC injectors. Plenum removal is usually required and while you're there, you might as well replace the EGR and Fuel Pressure Regulator too, as that's easy, while the plenum is off.
Could it be the coolant temperature sensor, doesnt that affect the fuel injectors? Its not the converter, ignition module or injectors. Does anyone have a part # for sensor.
Thanks
