Default Break light

On very heavy accelaration from low speed lets say 25-40 my break light pops on and then goes off after I let up, no problem on higher speeds?????? 94 LT1 69,000 miles

Check the tightness of the bracket your brake switch is attached to. Under acceleration it could move toward the rear and move against the brake pedal and turn on your brake lights.

Maybe brake fluid is a tad low.

I agree. When the pads get used more fluid is out of the reservoir. During high load deceleration the fluid can rush to the front exposing the low fluid sensor briefly.
