Just got this email advertising a "sale" on Vette magazine. 12 issues for $15. I dunno if this was generated by a third party seller or the publishing company as there are quite a few mags to choose from. A funny note, one of the first car magazines, Motor Trend, is being offered for only $8!
Disclaimer: I didnt check this out any further so as always be careful of giving out personal information on the web.
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there is a VETTE magazine anymore. I believe it merged with something else and is now called CORVETTE Magazine. It's bigger, glossier and the new price is 8 issues for $19.99, 16 for $36 or 24 for $49.
...and it's filled mostly with C5/C6 stuff, but I guess that's to be expected.
Vette magazine also took over Corvette Fever's subscribers when that magazine went out of publication last year. I still get Vette now instead of Corvette Fever.
Just a quick note of clarification: VETTE is not and has never been affiliated with Corvette or Corvette Enthusiast. We did absorb Corvette Fever last year, starting with the November, 2011 issue.

I just signed up for a subscription to Vette at Bloomington Gold and got a free T shirt.
I paid something like $22.50 and they gave me a couple of free issues. They seem to cover a lot of the older Corvettes.
I do a bit of writing for Corvette Enthusiast. Amos Publishing merged most of their Enthusiast line of magazines under one roof and they now call it Auto Enthusiast magazine. It is very slick and well published but does not have as much Corvette info in it as it used to.
When I got back from St Charles I found another check from Amos
as it looks like they are publishing another of my articles in the upcoming issue.
Guess I will keep subscribing!
I am headed down to Streator, IL in 2 weeks to write an article about Vette2Vette and will submit that for publication next.
It's nice to have the hobby pay me once in awhile.

Thanks for reading.
Nice to hear from you. Can you clarify if the link I provided is a third party seller and is or not sanctioned by Vette?
I don't see the link. If you'd like to send it to me at vetteATsorcDOTcom, I'll see if I can verify its legitimacy.
I will say that our parent company does occasionally partner with outside subscription-services firms, so it's entirely possible that the e-mail you received was legit. That said, the only methods for which I can personally and unequivocally vouch are our website, the cards found inside each issue, and the official subscription booths that appear at large events such as Carlisle and Funfest.
I use to get corvette enthusiast, is it any good these days? I also get the magazine mentioned above but it is lacking in the early C4 department. I prefer crossfire and TPI.
