I am actually a Top Rated Seller on ebay so I know how it is to be a seller on ebay, but I have never sold any Corvette parts. I bought a couple parts there. Fuel injectors: great result, Fuse Door: great result, Fuel Pressure regulator: great result and Convertible door wire harness: bad result, he didn't make it clear he was including only one of the three cables in the set and I needed a different one of the three. All four parts were from 4 different sellers.
Buying from anyone under 50 feedback, non Top-Rated seller or lots of bad feedbacks is always a risk. I also look at their 5 star ratings under the "shipping time" category. What you notice most often is low star ratings on shipping mean less quality overall of there whole business model. If they aren't concerned to get it shipped out the next day, they probably aren't that concerned that the rest of the details are that favorable to you either. My rating is 4.98/5, anything under 4.8 I might avoid and anything under 4.5 I would Definitely avoid. Of course item description ratings are of utmost importance also.
Checking all those characteristics versus the characteristic of another seller will gauge your likelihood of good results. Of course buying new items versus used always gives you better chances.
I bought from them Don.... good experience, no issues, and shipped quick. I've been a part buying fool over the last 4 weeks, can't remember what I bought from them though... sorry.
