Also any speaker suggestion? has Bose system but don't want to modify so no amps
Pioneer makes some really good speakers that aren't too expensive. I'd recommend getting two Pioneer 6x9s and a good reciever that you can plug a flash drive or your ipod into.
Speakers used were cheap Wally world 3 way, 5 1/2 front, 6x9 rear mounted to the stock but modded Bose speaker mounts & rewired with quality speaker wire. The voids in the front mounts were packed with house hold fiberglass insulation. IMHO the system sounds good + I do not need anything that will blow the windows out.
When installing an aftermarket radio: Be sure to follow the guide lines in the GM TSB about installing resistors in the stock radio harness to avoid problems with the ATC if your vehicle has that feature. Failure to install the resistors will result in an inoperative ATC head unit which = no AC.

Note: My 90 has purple/yellow wires instead of the purple/white wires as listed in the TSB. The gray/black wire listed in the TSB is the same.
