There's a Trade mark logo "TM" on both doors. Just barely cut off in the pictures.

Don't quite get all the references to what must be the cartoon show, but I will say that if he's a sponge he can wipe down the Vette any time it gets washed.

As for trademark infringement, if he's not making any money off it that might not stick but could be expensive to fight. Actually would probably be a copyright issue, not trademark.

Very few, I'm talking VERY few people, including myself can say that even my under garments identically match my car

I can almost guarantee that not many other people can say that.
