1993 cornering lamp

1993 cornering lamp
The left cornering lamp will not work. I get no voltage going to the socket. Anyone else have a similar problem that can offer an idea for what I should check next?

Here's the schematic.
Connector C100 is the Firewall bulk head connector.
Connector C204 is on the passenger side/Base of the Steering
column.
Most likely there is a bad contact in the Turn signal Hazard switch
for the left side cornering lamp. To replace the Turn signal switch
assembly requires pulling the air bag, steering wheel, dropping the
steering column down because the new wire harness needs to be
fished down the side of the steering column.
