TPS/Rough idle Help
My 86 Corvette has recently been having trouble idling when starting. Sometimes in the morning it will start then stall slowly. Then after i have to give it gas and warm it up to get it going. I have an obd1 code 22 for tps but idk what it could be. Also i think im missing a wire or it isnt connected on my tps(no wire running). Also where does it connet to? Please help

Why do you think you have a wire missing? IIRC the TPS has 3 wires. You use the top two to set it. Its pretty easy but you have to have a digital volt meter.
My FSM says your Code 22 is TPS voltage is low. Check that out and get back to us.

I messed with it and found it had a loose connection. The light went away after reconnecting it. The car still stalls out and if it doest the rpms go up and down from 5 to 12 until they hit 0 and stall. I think it might be the iac

Theres a procedure on my page to setup the TPS and IAC. Its very likely one or both behind it.

First, clear the codes, see if this continues. If the 22 comes back, follow the procedure to determine if the sensor is bad or its wiring.
