SEATS IN!!! Pics!!!

For those that are not a part of the wonderful mid-west...we had a massive snow last night! :cry

 Sorry...that wasn't nice...
I seem to have mised an awful lot of details on your project. The seats look absolutely tip top. Could you give me some of the details of the project including where yo got the seats and at what cost, the installation time and cost and anyting else of value. As I said the seats are great.
Thanks in advance,

The seats were done by a guy in Canada (I'm originally from Canada) who does really great work. So I took advantage of the Canadian peso and had them done up there.
Basically, I ripped the seats out (4 nuts each and about 3 wire connectors per seat) and sent them up to get done.
Keith, the guy who did them for me, doesn't have legal rights to embroider the C4 logo in the headrest (he isn't a big shop)...so I contacted GM and they gave me permission to use it at no charge! But, waiting for the authorization delayed me big time! All said and told, it probably took Keith a couple of weeks...but messing around with embroidery really took time.
If you wanted these seats, you would have to send the whole seat...he did major surgery to the original foam and re-constructed how it attached to the frame. He probably added a 1/4 pound to the seat with the changes.
The original seat was some leather-like substance glued to the foam, then a few hog rings later, it was attached to the frame.
Keith built a small wire frame inside of the foam, and constructed attach points in the leather to keep it tight (I told him they had to be strong for autocrossing) while allowing for the three chambers in the lumbar to inflate and deflate as per normal.
Cost...well it wouldn't be fair to put how much I paid as it's a friend doing a "deal"...but I saved big money over what the normal Vette suppliers sell (Ecklers, MAD), and got way better quality seats!
I'll post better pics once I can take the car out...and you will be able to see the logo on them too! :D
Oh yeah, PS.....ur seats are the shiznit, and by far the coolest
Hard to tell from the pics, but I'd say that I love it!!!!!!
