A new rack replacement maybe necessary. Get the front end up in the air and have somebody turn the wheel while you look for binding with a flashlight.

Thanks ill try this out!! Is there any possibility that it might be in the steering column... Or would something like this just be in the rack and pinion?

I would suspect the rack before the steering wheel. Reguardless the cost to get her up in the air is free beside your time. Use jackstands for safety

Rack and pinion is self bleeding. I would consider some professional help. If the binding goes away when the load is removed, that is off the ground, my first guess would be something not right in the suspension.

and does it sound like a seal kit maybe is worn when u can hear swishing of fluids back and forth when u crank the wheel? Its just about the spot where i feel that it binds on the ground its strange i hope i dont have to take it to the stealership or mechanic!!
