Yes, there are two ways I know. Do a search and find the pictures and ways to do it.

You can add shims to the monospring brackets or rubber bumps to the tips/end of the monospring.

Check to make sure your shocks are good. Mine were busted/weak and when I installed new shocks the front end came up over 2 inches. I had marks in my wheel wells from the tire rubbing when I went over a few big speed bumps.

I did a search of C4 for "raise front end"---not many usefull responses.

VBP has an adjustible front spring that is compatible with late model C4's.

Here is a do-it-yourself thread that works on the same principal:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c4-g...djustable.html

You might want to read a few lowering threads. The suggestions above are basically a reverse of what folks do to lower it---adding shims etc. to raise it instead of removing them to lower it---& will make more sense after reading some lowering threads.

You can add shims to the monospring brackets or rubber bumps to the tips/end of the monospring.
I wish like hell I had added some shims to raise mine when I was in there, but I was hoping that replacing a cracked spring with a good one would add some lift. I asked this question before but got no responses: how many shims have other owners found in their OEM 94+ front brackets? I only had one on each side, and it doesn't seem to be enough.

I guess the easiest method to get more front clearance would be to lift the front end of the car, put a floor jack under the spring ends to lift them off the a-arm and then insert some sort of spacer (rubber or otherwise) under the existing rubber spring tip. If a metal spacer it could probably be secured in place on the a-arm with JB Weld or 3M 5100 adhesive.

You can install coil over shocks with weak springs to raise the front, keeping the standard composite spring
(booster springs i believe they were called)
then you can adjust ride height with the coil over adjust tool.
Later you can go coil overs only, and remove the composite springs and install the correct coil over springs for your vette.
Just a suggestion as this is what i did first before going all out to coil overs only.
