Are all suspensions from 1988 - 1996 the same?

What about the A Arms, differential, half shafts, ect.... are they all the same and Interchangeable? Thanks,

84 -87 and 88+ are the two setups.
Nothing at front interchanges
All rear components the same except late spindle ,outer yoke and brakes ( swaybar possibly also as late rear wider than early )
Late rear has shocks vertical ; early has them at a angle
