Speedometer Cluster
Can some one please tell me if I can put a 92-96 speedometer cluster in a 91. I have searched the forums but could not find a clear answer. There are discussions stating it has been done but they changed the LCD portion, unfortunately that part is my problem. I have a 95 available reasonably but do not want to purchase it if I can not just plug it in and go. Any help would be appreciated.

you can but you will need to swap the lcd screen from your L98 cluster into the LT1 cluster there is a great thread on it here http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c4-t...cs-inside.html
Since your LCD is the problem i would suggest checking ebay for a used 91 cluster, you may be able to pick one up cheap on there

The LCD on the 91 displays fuel level on the top and MPH on the bottom, the 92-96 displays MPH on the top and fuel level on the bottom. That is the only problem with swapping the clusters but the entire LCD can be switched from the clusters to make it work
