note to moderators
Just a suggestion to all of you, that is why I am not PM'ing you.
When you find the need to lock a thread for whatever reason or infraction you might find that making the last post and explaining the reason would be helpful to newbies and older members too.
Most of the time I can predict the IBTL reasons, but sometimes I just wonder what happened.
I guess this will be IBTL
, but I thought I may actually offer a way to educate the members AND get an explanation why sometimes a lock is issued for what maybe appears to be not much of a problem.

I agree, it would be nice to know so I know what rule was broken so I know is allowed/not allowed in the future.

He made a respectful suggestion (not criticizing anyone) in a logical and sensible way. It was general in nature and was something for all of us to ponder, mods AND members. I'd be surprised (and disappointed) if something THAT mild brought down the wrath.
