Rear bumper removal
93 Torch red coupe
3:75 gears only real mod
bump needs new paint. How long does it take to remove? Before I climb under and have a close look. ABRA wants $650.00 to do entire job.
MMACO wants 2 bills If I remove it. I use to paint also but for 2 bills they can do it.

It isn't that hard to paint the rear bumper on the car. A lot easier than removing it, painting it, and reinstalling with alignment (they never seem to go on just like they came off). To remove it, probably 2hrs, reinstall maybe 3 or 4. Since you're not changing color, it shouldn't be a problem, generally we paint them because of clear coat problems on the top. A reasonably competent painter should be able to paint to the belt line with good match and no visible lines.
