My seats need to be reupholstered. The guy came by today and looked at it, but neither one of us could figure out how the upholstered part of the seat back comes off of the platic back/frame. It almost looked like it was glued in there. Any ideas? Thanx.

You need to make a tool out of a big screw driver. Cut a notch in the blade to fit the big wire that goes in the clip on the back of the plastic seat back .Then pull the foam and seat cover away from the plastic back.put the modified screw driver on the thick wire that goes into the clip on the seat back and push it out of the clip.
