Thanks for the lead toptech. I have been playing around with mine for about an hour or so and figured that some else had been inside the instrument cluster before, might have broken something. I carefully popped the gauges cover off and found one of the locking ears was broken and keeping it from working. Removed the ear, just got done putting it back together. I will hook it up to the vette in a bit and see if it works.

Well tearing into to find the issue made it work!!!! I have it installed and rest the CHANGE OIL light....... Just have to go out and install the shifter cover and bolt it in. I might even get to cruise to the beach if the weather here warms up a little.
