The question is whether or not they will fit. A 22" wide seat may be a problem in C4's. Also, the seat may be so thick that it will raise you up higher in the car causing a loss of headroom. Suede? That can be very hard to keep clean and look nice. Leather is the way to go.
The ad also states that mounting brackets are required and "sold separately" You may have to find specific brackets that match the OEM seat frame mounting studs.
Look at seats from Corbeau or Sparco. Both companies have great seats that offer more support than the later OEM seats and are comfortable. These companies also have seats that will fit in the C4. Go to the Autocross and road racing section and ask about preferred seats for C4's. Lots of members have gone thru this.
I have Corbeau Forza race seats in my 87 and they are actually comfortable for street use. Corbeau has a line of reclining seats too. Note that you will find that aftermarket seat manufactures have recommendations based on waist sizes. Your waist size or hip measurements will make a big difference in proper seat selection.
I have something almost identical in my BMW E30 that I race autox with, and they are fine, comfortable and inexpensive. I am not sure I would put them in a Vette, with bases and sliders I am not sure they would not sit higher than the stock seats. If you could live without sliders then maybe
I put a set of ArizenRacing seats in my 95C4. They fit like a glove and are top quality. A slider is the only adjustment your going to get out of the set up in a C4 (no room for side adjustment levers). As far as brackets go you can make your own, its only 4 bolts .
